This is a long-running side project examining when scarcity cues ("only 2 left," "ends in 4:59") stop being informative signals and start being distortionary — and what that does to the pricing decisions people make under them.

I am still in the data-collection and synthesis phase. The plan is a short paper-style writeup paired with a small interactive demo where a reader can feel the effect on their own decisions, rather than just read about it.
